Yoga with Nadja
Relax, revive, and rejuvenate yourself when Nadja’s autumn yoga class at the Milton Rooms on Wednesdays, 10am to 11.30am.
Classes are aimed at all levels of experience.
With practice you will get stronger and more, improve your balance and focus, reduce stress levels, reduce (back) pain, build self-esteem, learn to relax and quieten your mind and much, much more!
Come for a £6 taster lesson and – if you like it – book a block of five consecutive sessions for £45.
