Classes are for anyone looking after a baby ages 12 weeks to 18 months. Anyone who wants to get fit whilst holding a baby.
Buggy exercise is a one hour class combining a range of strength. core, aerobic and functional exercises that cater specifically for the needs of new mums to help increase fitness levels. Mums are invited along, with their baby and buggy in tow, to meet up with other mums, dads and carers to have fun, get fitter and feel great.
It’s not just for the mums! If you are in charge of the little one and still want to get your workout in then bring baby and buggy along (age of child from 12 weeks to 18 months).
